Customize your chatbot's appearance, instructions, messages, services, and settings to provide a personalized and engaging user experience.

The "Customize" section is where you can tailor the look and feel of your chatbot to match your brand and address your audience in the most effective way.

Appearance Tab

Define the visual elements of your chatbot here.

Managing Appearance

  • Image: Upload an image that represents your chatbot's persona.

  • Name: Set the name that will be displayed to users.

  • Description: Provide a brief description or purpose of the chatbot.

  • Size: Choose the size of the chatbot window.

  • Position: Select where on the screen the chatbot should appear.

  • Font: Pick a font that matches your chatbot’s personality.

  • Color: Choose a color for the chatbot window to match your branding.

Assistant Personality

  • Describe the assistant's traits: Define the personality traits of your assistant to guide conversational tone and user interaction.

Instructions Tab

Set up how your chatbot interprets and responds to user queries.

Managing Instructions

  • Response Instructions: Outline how your chatbot should behave and what abilities it has. For example, "You're an expert in technical support and can help solve common problems."

Messages Tab

Craft the messages that users will see during interactions with your chatbot.

  • Call to Action (CTA): Encourage users to start chatting with your bot.

  • Greeting Message: The first message that greets users when they initiate a chat.

  • Waiting Message: What users see while the chatbot is processing or when they're in a queue.

  • Goodbye Message: The message that bids users farewell at the end of a conversation.

  • GDPR Message: Ensure users are informed about data privacy practices.

Services Tab

Enable or disable various chatbot services like live chat and integrations with third-party services.

Managing Services

  • Live Chat: Adjust settings such as wait times before a user is connected to a live agent.

  • OpenAI: Connect to OpenAI services with an API key to enhance your chatbot’s capabilities.

Settings Tab

Fine-tune additional settings to meet specific operational needs.

Additional Settings

  • Main Language: Set the default language for the chatbot.

  • Ask User for Language: Optionally, let the user select their preferred language at the start of a conversation.

  • Delete Chat History: Choose whether to delete the chat history after the user leaves the chat.
