Surveys
Manage your surveys and goals to collect valuable opinions and measure the success of your interactions with customers.
The "Surveys" section allows you to create, modify, and evaluate surveys that help gather valuable feedback from your users. Use this section to better understand the needs and perceptions of your customers and ensure that your services meet their expectations.
Surveys Tab
Here you'll find a list of all the active surveys you've created. You can quickly see the number of questions each survey contains, as well as whether the survey is intended to grade promoters or employees.
Creating and Managing Surveys
Add Survey: Create a new survey to collect specific opinions.
Name: The title of your survey.
Number of Questions: The number of items included in the survey.
Grading Promoters: Indicates whether the survey is used to assess the likelihood that users will recommend your service.
Grading Employees: Shows whether the survey is used to evaluate the performance of the team.
Editing a Survey
Each survey can be finely tuned to meet your specific requirements. Customize the initial and final messages, choose the questions and the response format, and decide if the survey will contribute to grading promoters or employees.
Steps to Edit a Survey
Select the survey you wish to edit.
Adjust the initial message to set the context for the survey.
Define the thank you or conclusion message for after completing the survey.
Add, edit, or delete questions as necessary.
Choose the response format, such as emojis or text.
Activate the option to grade promoters or employees if relevant.
Save the changes to update the survey.
Goals Tab
Define and monitor the objectives you aim to achieve with each survey. This section allows you to activate or deactivate the goals associated with each survey and specify when the survey should be shown to the user.
Setting and Tracking Goals
Add Goal: Set a new goal for your surveys.
Name: The designation of the goal you are looking to monitor.
Activated: The status of the goal, whether it is currently being used.
Survey: The specific survey associated with this goal.
Display Survey When: Defines the criteria under which the survey will be shown to the user, such as after a specific interaction or when a predetermined condition is met.
Editing a Goal
Define when a survey will be displayed to users based on specific goals. This allows you to present the survey at the most opportune moment, increasing relevance and response rate.
Steps to Set a Goal
Select the goal you want to configure.
Associate the corresponding survey with this goal.
Define the condition that must be met for the survey to be displayed (e.g., after a specific intent or user action).
Use the 'Add Rule' option to specify multiple conditions if necessary.
Activate or deactivate the goal according to your current needs.
Save the changes to apply the goal settings.
